Most of our rash guards and modest swimwear are designed without built-in support, and we’re often asked why. The answer is simple: every woman’s body is unique, and her chest size doesn’t always match her overall swimsuit size. Many women prefer wearing rash guards or modest swim tops over their favorite one-piece swimsuit or bikini top, and built-in padding would limit that flexibility.
That’s why we highly recommend adding extra chest support underneath your rash guard or modest swim dress. You can use a lightly padded bra you already own (we all have one that’s ready to “retire” from daily wear 😉) or choose our chlorine-resistant swim bra, designed specifically for swimwear layering.
