Exchange or return a product

Unused items can be exchanged or returned with all original labels. Exchange or return is possible at any of our three permanent branches in Israel along with the purchase invoice. 

In case of replacement – if the stores are far from you, a change can be made through a delivery service. In this case, send us an email to : sunway@uvsunway.com
